Red Velvet Brownies with Cream Cheese Frosting: A Decadent Twist on a Classic Favorite

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until smooth and well combined.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract and red food coloring.
In a separate bowl, sift together the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Once the brownies have completely cooled, spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the top using a spatula.
If desired, decorate with red sprinkles or grated chocolate for an extra festive touch.
