Red Velvet Brownie Dessert Box: A Perfect Indulgence

Prepare the Brownie Batter: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and red food coloring.

Add Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, sift together the cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.

Bake the Brownies: Pour the batter into a greased 9×9-inch baking pan, spreading it evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with only a few moist crumbs. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan.

Add the Toppings: Once the brownies have cooled, spread a layer of cream cheese frosting over the top. Sprinkle with chopped pecans for a delightful crunch.

Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh strawberries, if desired. Cut into squares and serve in individual portions, or pack them into a dessert box for a beautiful presentation.
