Red Onion, Garlic & Honey Syrup: The Natural Cold Fighter

Chop the red onion and crush the garlic cloves to release their beneficial compounds.

Combine in a Jar
Add both to a clean glass jar. Pour the raw honey over the mixture until all ingredients are fully covered.

Infuse
Seal the jar and let it sit at room temperature for 12–24 hours to allow the honey to draw out the juices and create a natural syrup.

Strain (Optional)
If preferred, strain out the solids and store the liquid syrup in the refrigerator.

Use

For prevention: Take 1 tablespoon daily.

When sick: Take 1 teaspoon every few hours.
