Ranch-Infused Dill Pickle Wings: A Tangy Twist on a Classic Favorite!

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat for easy cleanup.
Step 2: Prepare the Chicken Wings

Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove any excess moisture. This helps them get extra crispy when baked.
In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Make sure each wing is evenly coated with the seasoning.
Step 3: Marinate in Pickle Juice and Ranch

In a separate bowl, mix together the dill pickle juice and ranch dressing.
Place the seasoned wings into a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish, and pour the pickle juice and ranch mixture over them.
Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours) to allow the wings to marinate and absorb the flavors.
Step 4: Bake the Wings

Arrange the marinated wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
Step 5: Garnish and Serve

Remove the wings from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped dill for an extra burst of flavor.
Serve with a side of ranch dressing for dipping if desired.
