Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the phyllo dough cups on a baking sheet. If using frozen phyllo cups, make sure they are fully thawed before baking.
Step 2: Fill the Cups
Add a small cube of Brie cheese into each phyllo cup, ensuring that the cheese is centered. The amount should fill about 3/4 of the cup.
Top each Brie-filled cup with 1–2 blackberries, depending on the size of the berries.
Step 3: Bake
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the phyllo cups are golden brown and crispy, and the Brie cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 4: Garnish and Serve
Once out of the oven, drizzle a small amount of honey over each phyllo cup.
If desired, sprinkle chopped toasted pecans or walnuts on top for added crunch and flavor.
Garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary for a fragrant, herbaceous touch.
Step 5: Serve and Enjoy
Serve immediately while the phyllo cups are warm and crispy. These can be enjoyed on their own or served with a light salad or fruit platter.
