“Quick & Delicious Chicken, Bacon, and Feta Bites: A Savory Delight!”

Prepare the Chicken Mixture:
In a large bowl, combine the chopped chicken fillet, minced garlic, finely chopped onion, and baking powder. Mix well to ensure the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Add the Bacon and Feta:
Add the diced smoked bacon and crumbled feta cheese to the chicken mixture. Stir until everything is combined, and the cheese and bacon are evenly spread through the chicken.

Incorporate the Carbonated Water:
Slowly add the carbonated mineral water to the mixture, stirring as you go. The water helps to make the bites light and tender.

Form the Bites:
With your hands, form the mixture into small bite-sized portions, about the size of a meatball or small patty.

Cook the Bites:
Heat a bit of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Carefully place the chicken bites in the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Make sure the center reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Serve:
Once cooked, transfer the bites to a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or alongside a fresh salad.
