1 bell pepper, chopped

1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes, drained

1 cup vegetable broth or water

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup frozen peas or mixed vegetables

1 tbsp olive oil for sautéing
