Quick Biscuit Cocoa Delight

Crush the biscuits into small pieces. You can use a rolling pin or a food processor to break them up into a fine texture but not powdery.

In a saucepan, combine the milk, sugar, cocoa powder, butter, and vanillin. Heat over low to medium heat while stirring until the butter melts and everything is well combined into a smooth, chocolatey mixture.

Mix with Biscuits and Peanuts:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed biscuits and peanuts. Pour the warm chocolate mixture over the biscuits and peanuts, and stir well until all the biscuits are evenly coated.

Shape and Chill:

Transfer the mixture into a lined or greased rectangular dish or mold. Press it down firmly to compact the mixture. Chill in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours to set.

Make the Glaze:

For the glaze, melt the milk and dark chocolate together in a heatproof bowl set over simmering water or in the microwave in short bursts, stirring in between until smooth.

Glaze the Dessert:

Once the dessert is set, pour the melted chocolate glaze over the top, spreading it evenly with a spatula.

Chill Again:

Place the dessert back in the fridge for an additional 30 minutes to allow the glaze to set.

Serving:
Cut into squares or bars and serve chilled. This no-bake treat is a perfect quick dessert that’s sure to satisfy any chocolate lover’s cravings!

Enjoy your Quick Biscuit Cocoa Delight—a deliciously easy dessert made in just 5 minutes!
