Quick Apple Dessert in 5 Minutes

In a bowl, whisk the egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt until smooth.

Add the vegetable oil and milk, mixing well.

Sift in the flour and baking powder, stirring until fully combined.

Add the Apple and Raisins:

Fold the sliced apple and raisins into the batter, ensuring they’re evenly distributed.

Cook the Dessert:

Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, pour the batter into the pan, spreading it evenly.

Sprinkle the sliced almonds over the top and cover with a lid. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden on the bottom.

Flip and Finish:

Carefully flip the dessert and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Serve and Enjoy:

Sprinkle the top with the teaspoon of sugar and a pinch of cinnamon while it’s still warm.
