Quick and Tasty Tuna Egg Bake: Budget-Friendly and Delicious

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a baking dish with butter to prevent sticking.

Make the Base Batter:

In a mixing bowl, whisk together 6 eggs, sour cream (or yogurt), and salt.

Add in the flour and baking powder. Mix until smooth and well combined. The batter should have a thick consistency.

Prepare the Tuna:

Drain the two cans of tuna and break it apart into smaller pieces with a fork.

Add the tuna to the batter mixture and stir to combine.

Add the Cheese:

Stir in the mozzarella cheese, making sure it is evenly distributed throughout the batter.

Bake:

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top for a bit of crunch (optional).

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and firm in the center. You can check with a toothpick; if it comes out clean, the bake is ready.

Garnish and Serve:

Once out of the oven, let the dish cool slightly.

Garnish with chopped parsley for a fresh finish.
