Quick and Delicious No-Oven Bread in 10 Minutes

Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar (if using). Mix them together until evenly distributed.

Add Wet Ingredients: Pour in the milk, olive oil, and water. Stir the mixture until it begins to form a dough. If the dough is too dry, add a little more water; if it’s too sticky, sprinkle in a bit more flour.

Knead the Dough: Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 2 minutes, just until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Shape the Dough: Divide the dough into 2 or 3 equal portions and roll each portion into a ball. Flatten the dough balls slightly into round discs that are about 1/2 inch thick.

Cook the Bread: Heat a large skillet or non-stick pan over medium heat. Place the dough discs in the skillet, making sure there’s enough space between each one. Cover the pan with a lid to trap the heat and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.

Serve: Once the bread is cooked, remove it from the pan and let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy the bread warm with your favorite dips, spreads, or as a side to your meal.
