Quick 5-Minute Cookies (No Butter)

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Whisk the eggs in a large bowl until smooth and well-beaten.

Add the sugars (powdered and vanilla sugar) to the eggs, mixing until combined.

Stir in the vegetable oil, and mix until smooth.

Add the dry ingredients: baking powder, cornstarch, and flour. Mix well until the dough is soft but not too sticky.

Shape the dough into small balls using your hands or a spoon, then place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
