Add diced onions, diced green bell peppers, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir to combine and cook for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables start to soften. Then, stir in the pizza sauce and let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
4️⃣ Assemble the Pie:
Roll out the pie crust and line a pie dish with it. Pour the beef mixture into the pie crust. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese and arrange the sliced pepperoni on top.
5️⃣ Top the Pie:
Place another layer of pie crust on top of the filling. Seal the edges by pinching the crust together, and make a few slits on the top to vent steam during baking.
6️⃣ Bake the Pie:
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crisp.

Let the pie cool for a few minutes before slicing it into 6 slices and serving.
