Pineapple Teriyaki Shrimp Rice Bowl

In a bowl, mix the teriyaki sauce, pineapple juice, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and ginger powder.

Add the shrimp to the marinade and let them sit for 15-20 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Prepare the Rice:

Cook the rice according to the package instructions. For extra flavor, you can stir in a little sesame oil once the rice is cooked.

Fluff the rice with a fork and set aside.

Cook the Shrimp:

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through.

Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
