Philadelphia Cheesecake Bars: A Creamy and Delicious Treat

Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Stir until the mixture is well combined and crumbly.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Bake the crust for 8–10 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Filling

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened Philadelphia cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Mix in the vanilla extract and sour cream, if using.
Gradually add the flour and continue mixing until fully combined, but be careful not to overmix.
Step 3: Assemble and Bake

Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust, spreading it evenly.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are slightly golden. The top should be lightly browned.
Allow the bars to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours (or overnight) to firm up.
Step 4: Serve and Enjoy

Once chilled, cut the cheesecake into bars and top with fresh fruit or fruit preserves, if desired.
Serve and enjoy the creamy goodness!
