Peanut Butter Delight Cream Pie: A Decadent Dessert for Peanut Butter Lovers

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined and the crumbs are evenly coated with butter. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

Make the Peanut Butter Filling:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the peanut butter and softened cream cheese together until smooth and creamy. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until fully combined. In a separate bowl, whip 1 ½ cups of heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.

Assemble the Pie:
Once the graham cracker crust has cooled, spread the peanut butter filling evenly into the crust, smoothing the top with a spatula. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to allow the filling to set.

Make the Topping:
In a chilled mixing bowl, whip the remaining 1 cup of heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Spread the whipped cream topping over the chilled pie. Garnish with chopped peanuts for added texture and flavor.
