In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then mix in the buttermilk and melted butter. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
Assemble the Casserole:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and pour half of the pancake batter into the dish.
