Pan-Seared Steak with Raspberry Balsamic Glaze & Creamy Goat Cheese Sauce

In a saucepan, combine raspberries, balsamic vinegar, and brown sugar.
Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the cornstarch slurry (cornstarch mixed with water) and cook until the sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
Remove from heat and set aside.
2. Prepare the Creamy Goat Cheese Sauce:
In a saucepan over low heat, combine goat cheese and heavy cream (or milk).
Stir until smooth and creamy.
Add chopped thyme, salt, and pepper.
Keep warm until ready to serve.
3. Sear the Steak:
Season the steak with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare (adjust time for desired doneness).
After cooking, let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
4. Plate the Dish:
Spread the Goat Cheese Sauce on the plate.
Slice the steak and arrange the slices on top of the sauce.
Drizzle the Raspberry Balsamic Glaze over the steak.
Garnish with fresh thyme and raspberries.
