Orange Mascarpone Cheesecake with Chocolate Ganache

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix crushed cookies with melted butter, press into a springform pan, and bake for 10 minutes.
2️⃣ Beat mascarpone, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth. Add orange zest, juice, eggs (one at a time), and vanilla.
3️⃣ Pour batter over crust and bake for 50-55 minutes until set. Let cool completely.
4️⃣ Heat heavy cream, pour over chocolate chips, and stir until smooth.
5️⃣ Pour ganache over cheesecake and chill before serving.
