Orange Cookies in 10 Minutes! Simple and Very Tasty Recipe

Zest and juice both oranges. Set aside the zest and juice for later use.

Make the Dough:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, baking powder, and vanilla sugar.

Add the softened butter and rub it into the flour mixture until crumbly.

Stir in the sour cream, egg, orange zest, and orange juice, mixing until everything is well incorporated.

Add the sugar and cornstarch, mixing again until you have a smooth dough.

Shape the Cookies:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Use your hands or a spoon to form small dough balls, placing them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 1 inch apart.

Gently press each ball down to slightly flatten them.

Bake:

Bake for about 8-10 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly golden around the edges.

Serve:

Allow the cookies to cool slightly on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
