Onion peels are often thrown away, but did you know they have powerful health benefits?

Peels from 1-2 organic onions (avoid chemically treated onions)
2 cups of water
1 teaspoon of honey (optional, for taste)
½ teaspoon of lemon juice (optional, for extra cleansing)
How to Prepare:
Rinse the Peels – Wash the onion peels to remove dirt or residue.
Boil the Water – In a pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
Add Onion Peels – Drop the peels into the boiling water.
Simmer for 10-15 Minutes – Let it steep to release the nutrients.
Strain and Serve – Remove the peels and pour the tea into a cup. Add honey or lemon if desired.
