One-Pot Chicken Parmesan Pasta – A Creamy, Flavorful Dinner in Minutes

Heat the olive oil in a large, deep skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat.
Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes.
Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Cook the Pasta:

In the same skillet, add the marinara sauce and chicken broth. Stir to combine, then bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat.
Add the pasta to the skillet, making sure it is submerged in the sauce. Cover and simmer for about 10-12 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked al dente, stirring occasionally to ensure the pasta doesn’t stick. Add more broth or water if necessary to keep the sauce at the right consistency.
Combine Chicken and Cheese:

Once the pasta is cooked, return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Stir everything together.
Sprinkle the Parmesan and mozzarella cheese over the pasta. Cover the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve:

Garnish with fresh basil or parsley, if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
