Oatmeal, apple and carrots! I don’t eat any sugar at all! No flour

Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the oats, baking powder, milk, grated carrot, apricots, raisins, apple, cinnamon, and eggs. Mix well.
Bake: Pour the mixture into a greased 9×9 inch baking dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
Serve: Let cool slightly before serving.
Tips:
For a sweeter flavor, add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
You can add nuts, seeds, or chocolate chips to the batter.
Serve with yogurt or fruit for a complete breakfast.
