Oatmeal and Fruit Delight (Sugar-Free and Flour-Free)

Peel and core the apples, then chop them into small pieces.

In a small pot, combine the apples and water. Cook over medium heat until the apples become soft and release their natural sweetness (about 10 minutes).

Prepare the Oats:

While the apples cook, add the oats to a separate pot or saucepan with 1 cup of water. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the oats are soft and have absorbed most of the water (about 5-7 minutes).

Mash the Banana:

In a bowl, mash the ripe banana with a fork until smooth. This will act as a natural sweetener in place of sugar.

Combine Ingredients:

Once the apples are softened, stir them into the cooked oats.

Add the mashed banana, dried blueberries, and raisins to the mixture. Stir until everything is well combined.

Serve:

Serve the oatmeal warm, and enjoy a naturally sweet and healthy meal. Optionally, you can top it with extra fresh fruit or a sprinkle of cinnamon for added flavor.
