Combine the Ingredients:
Add the date paste and melted chocolate to the oat and walnut mixture. Stir everything together until well combined and the oats are evenly coated.
Form the Dessert:
Once everything is mixed, roll the mixture into small balls or press it into a baking dish lined with parchment paper for bars. If you’re making bars, press the mixture down firmly to compact it.
Chill (optional but recommended):
Place the formed balls or bars in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes to set, but you can also enjoy them immediately if you prefer.
