No-Bake White Chocolate Cheesecake Bars: Creamy and Indulgent Dessert

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Stir until the crumbs are evenly coated.
Press the mixture into the bottom of an 8×8-inch baking dish or a similar-sized pan to form an even layer. Use the back of a spoon to firmly press the crumbs down.
Refrigerate the crust for 10-15 minutes to set while you prepare the cheesecake filling.
Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Filling
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth and fully melted. Set aside to cool slightly.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
Add the melted white chocolate to the cream cheese mixture and mix until well combined.
Step 3: Assemble the Bars
Pour the white chocolate cheesecake filling over the prepared graham cracker crust. Spread it out evenly using a spatula.
Refrigerate the bars for at least 3 hours, or until they are firm and set.
Step 4: Slice and Serve
Once the bars are fully set, slice them into squares.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
