No-Bake German Chocolate Cheesecake: A Decadent Dessert Without the Oven

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Stir until the mixture is evenly moistened.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan, creating an even crust. Use the back of a spoon to press it down firmly.
Place the crust in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the cheesecake filling.
Make the Cheesecake Filling:

In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
Add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and sour cream to the cream cheese and beat until fully combined.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and granulated sugar until soft peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Assemble the Cheesecake:

Pour the cheesecake filling into the prepared crust, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
Cover the cheesecake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for the best results.
Prepare the German Chocolate Topping:

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the brown sugar, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract, stirring until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
Stir in the chopped German chocolate and cook, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in the shredded coconut and chopped pecans.
Let the topping cool for 10-15 minutes before spreading it over the chilled cheesecake.
Finish the Cheesecake:

Once the cheesecake has set and the topping has cooled slightly, pour the German chocolate topping over the cheesecake, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
Refrigerate the cheesecake for another 30 minutes to allow the topping to set.
Serve and Enjoy:

Carefully remove the cheesecake from the springform pan and transfer it to a serving platter.
Slice and serve this delicious no-bake cheesecake chilled. Enjoy the creamy texture paired with the rich coconut-pecan topping!
