NO-BAKE ENERGY BITES

In a large mixing bowl, combine the nut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and combined.
Step 2: Add Dry Ingredients

To the wet ingredients, add the rolled oats, ground flaxseeds, seeds, and salt. Stir everything together until fully incorporated. If you’re adding chocolate chips, fold them in now.
Step 3: Form the Energy Bites

Once the mixture is evenly combined, use your hands to form small bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter. You can use a tablespoon or melon baller to help measure them out evenly.
Step 4: Chill the Bites

Place the energy bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, or in a container, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. This will help them firm up and hold their shape.
Step 5: Serve and Enjoy

Once chilled, enjoy these No-Bake Energy Bites as a quick snack, or store them for later.
