No-Bake Chocolate Oat Bars: A Quick and Irresistible Treat!

Prepare the Base:
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the peanut butter and honey (or maple syrup). Stir occasionally until the mixture is smooth and warmed through.
Add the Cocoa and Flavorings:
Stir in the cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt, mixing until fully combined and smooth.
Mix with Oats:
Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the oats until they are evenly coated with the chocolate mixture.
Press into a Pan:
Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper for easy removal. Press the oat mixture into the pan, spreading it evenly to form a firm base.
Add the Chocolate Topping:
Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 20-second intervals and stirring in between, until smooth. Pour the melted chocolate over the oat base and spread evenly.
Chill to Set:
Place the pan in the fridge for at least 1–2 hours to allow the bars to set and firm up. Once chilled, cut into squares or rectangles.
