Wash and Peel: Thoroughly wash the potato and peel it.
Chop: Cut it into small chunks.
Extract Juice: Blend the pieces or grate the potato, then strain through a clean cloth or fine sieve to collect the juice.
Serve: Drink ½ cup of the fresh juice first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Add water or carrot juice if you prefer a milder taste.
