Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles

Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Beef:

In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up as it cooks. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
Once the beef is cooked, remove any excess fat from the skillet.
Make the Sauce:

Add the garlic and ginger to the skillet with the beef and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in the soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using). Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to thicken slightly, adding water if the sauce becomes too thick.
Combine:

Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss them in the beef and sauce mixture until well coated. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and the noodles have absorbed some of the sauce.
Garnish and Serve:

Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Serve immediately, and enjoy your Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles!
