Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles

Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Ground Beef:
In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain excess fat.

Sauté the Vegetables:
Stir in the sliced onion and minced garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent.

Add the Vegetables:
Add the broccoli florets and red bell pepper to the skillet. Cook for another 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Prepare the Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, grated ginger, and black pepper. Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetable mixture, stirring to combine.

Combine with Noodles:
Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing everything together until the noodles are well coated with the sauce.

Serve:
Serve the dish hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
