Mom’s Natural Remedy for Leg Pain, Rheumatism, Varicose Veins, Arthritis & Joint Pain

This natural remedy has been passed down through generations to help relieve pain from leg discomfort, rheumatism, varicose veins, arthritis, headaches, and joint pain. Ingredients:
5 cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed
1 cup apple cider vinegar (raw, unfiltered)
½ cup olive oil or coconut oil
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp honey (optional, for added anti-inflammatory benefits)
How to Make the Remedy:
In a clean jar, combine crushed garlic, grated ginger, turmeric, and apple cider vinegar.
Add olive oil or coconut oil and mix well.
Close the jar tightly and let it sit at room temperature for 24 hours to infuse.
Shake well before using.
