Moist Burritos

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks.
Once cooked, drain any excess fat and return the beef to the skillet.
Add Vegetables and Seasonings:

Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced green peppers to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the onions soften and the garlic becomes fragrant.
Season the mixture with cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir well to evenly distribute the spices.
Assemble the Burritos:

Warm your tortillas in the microwave or on a skillet.
Spoon the beef mixture into the center of each tortilla.
Optionally, add your favorite burrito fillings such as shredded cheese, lettuce, sour cream, salsa, or guacamole.
Roll up the tortilla, folding in the sides, and then wrap it tightly.
Serve:

Serve immediately, or wrap tightly in foil for a portable meal.
