“Mixed Grill Platter with Fries – A Sizzling Feast of Flavor”

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thin strips.
Toss the fries in olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Spread the fries out evenly on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Grill the Meats:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Season the chicken breasts, beef steaks, and sausages with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and fresh herbs. Drizzle a bit of olive oil on each piece of meat to help with grilling.
Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes per side (depending on thickness), until fully cooked.
Grill the beef steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer if desired.
Grill the sausages for about 6-8 minutes, turning frequently until browned and cooked through.
Assemble the Platter:

Once everything is cooked, remove the meats from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
Arrange the grilled chicken, steaks, and sausages on a large serving platter.
Add the crispy fries to the platter, arranging them around the meats for a balanced presentation.
Optionally, garnish with fresh herbs and lemon wedges for a burst of color and freshness. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces, like ketchup or aioli.
Serve and Enjoy:

Serve the mixed grill platter immediately while the meats are warm and juicy, paired with the crispy fries for a fulfilling meal. This platter is great for sharing with family and friends.
