“Mixed Grill Platter with Fries – A Sizzling Feast of Flavor”

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thin strips.
Toss the fries in olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
