Apply the Paste:
Apply this paste directly to the affected area, whether it’s a sore muscle, joint, or painful spot.
Gently massage the paste into the skin for a few minutes to help it absorb.
Leave It On:
Let the paste sit on the affected area for 15-20 minutes. If the pain is more intense, you can leave it on for longer, but be cautious as the cayenne pepper may cause a tingling sensation.
Rinse Off:
After the paste has dried or you’ve allowed it to sit for a while, rinse it off with warm water.
