Mini Pizza Burgers: A Fun, Bite-Sized Mash-Up of Two Classics

In a bowl, combine the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
Mix the ingredients together gently, being careful not to overwork the meat.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and form them into small burger patties that are slightly smaller than your mini buns.
Cook the Burgers:

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray or a bit of oil.
Cook the burger patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
Add the Pizza Toppings:

In the last minute of cooking, spoon about 1 tablespoon of marinara sauce on top of each burger patty.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce and top with a couple of slices of pepperoni.
