Mini Egg Cookie Pie Recipe

1. Prepare the Oven and Pan:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9-inch pie dish or line it with parchment paper.
2. Mix the Ingredients:
In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter and sugar until smooth.
Stir in the all-purpose flour and salt until fully incorporated.
3. Combine Dough and Mini Eggs:
Add the prepared chocolate chip cookie dough to the butter mixture and mix until combined.
Gently fold in the crushed mini eggs, reserving a few for topping.
4. Assemble the Pie:
Press the dough mixture evenly into the prepared pie dish.
Sprinkle the reserved mini eggs over the top for decoration.
5. Bake the Cookie Pie:
Place the pie in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set but slightly soft.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
