Minced Meat with Cheese Puff Pastry Pinwheels: A Savory Delight

Cook the Minced Meat: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté until soft, about 3 minutes.
Brown the Meat: Add the minced meat to the pan and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through.
Season the Meat: Stir in the tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, cumin, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Cook for another 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Add the Cheese: Once the meat mixture has cooled a bit, fold in the shredded cheese until melted and well combined.

Cut into Pinwheels: Slice the rolled puff pastry into 1-inch wide pinwheels.
Step 3: Bake the Pinwheels

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Brush with Egg Wash: Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with a beaten egg for a golden, glossy finish.
Bake: Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden and crisp, and the filling is bubbling.
Step 4: Serve

Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve warm with a side of dipping sauce like ketchup or mustard.
