Million Dollar Spaghetti Casserole

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and crumbled. Drain any excess fat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in the marinara sauce, dried basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Let the sauce simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Prepare the Casserole Base:

In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, softened cream cheese, sour cream, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until the pasta is evenly coated and the mixture is creamy.
Layer the Casserole:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spread half of the spaghetti mixture evenly across the bottom.
Layer half of the meat sauce on top of the spaghetti.
Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the meat sauce.
Repeat the layers, starting with the remaining spaghetti mixture, followed by the rest of the meat sauce and cheese.
Bake:

Cover the casserole with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serve:

Let the casserole sit for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with extra Parmesan or fresh basil, if desired.
