In a large skillet or Dutch oven, cook the ground beef, sausage, and onion over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir in marinara, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Simmer for 15–20 minutes to blend flavors.
Make the Cheese Layer:
In a bowl, mix together ricotta, cream cheese, sour cream, egg, Parmesan, and parsley until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the Lasagna:
In a 9×13-inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of meat sauce. Layer with 3 noodles, half the cheese mixture, and a third of the mozzarella. Repeat layers: sauce, noodles, cheese mix, mozzarella. Finish with the remaining noodles, meat sauce, and the last of the mozzarella. Sprinkle Parmesan over the top.
Bake:
Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15–20 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
