Million Dollar Chicken Stuffed Shells

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside to cool slightly.
Make the Chicken Filling:

In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, ricotta cheese, half of the shredded mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir everything together until the filling is smooth and well combined.
Stuff the Shells:

Carefully stuff each cooked shell with the chicken mixture, ensuring each shell is packed with the creamy filling. Place the stuffed shells in a large baking dish.
Assemble the Dish:

Pour the marinara sauce over the stuffed shells, covering them completely. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese evenly on top of the shells.
Bake the Shells:

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges are slightly golden.
Garnish and Serve:

Once done, remove the dish from the oven and let it sit for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color and freshness.
