7g (1 1/2 tsp) dry yeast
100g (1/2 cup) brown sugar
60ml (1/3 cup) oil
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
750g (6 cups) all-purpose or bread flour
50g (1/4 cup) butter, softened
For Coating & Topping:
1 egg yolk + 15ml (1 tbsp) milk (for brushing)
20g sesame seeds (for sprinkling)
