Mile High Pound Cake with Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk

Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan or tube pan. Set it aside.
2. Cream Butter and Sugar:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the unsalted butter and granulated sugar together using an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. This should take about 5-7 minutes.
3. Add Eggs and Sweetened Condensed Milk:
Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Mix in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Continue to beat until fully combined.
4. Combine Dry Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, whisk together the cake flour, baking powder, and salt.
5. Mix Dry Ingredients into Wet Ingredients:
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, starting with 1/4 of the flour mixture. Beat at low speed until just combined, then gradually increase the speed. Continue to add the flour mixture in increments until fully incorporated. Be careful not to overmix.
6. Bake the Pound Cake:
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
7. Cool and Serve:
Allow the pound cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Once cooled, slice and enjoy!
