These Cheesy Beef Stuffed Potato Cakes are comfort food at its finest—crispy on the outside, gooey and savory on the inside. Perfect as a hearty snack, dinner side, or even a meal on their own, these golden cakes combine the richness of seasoned ground beef and the stretch of melty cheese, all tucked inside a crispy potato shell. Ingredients:

For the Potato Mixture:

4 large potatoes, peeled and grated

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 egg (optional, for binding)

For the Filling:

1 pound (450g) ground beef

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon oil (for cooking the beef)

For Frying:

2–3 tablespoons oil or butter, for pan-frying
