Melt-In-Your-Mouth Peach Ricotta Delight

In a bowl, whisk the 3 eggs with a pinch of salt and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the vegetable oil and mix well.

Gradually sift in the flour and corn starch, then gently fold them into the egg mixture.

Add Peaches:

Cut the canned peaches into small cubes and gently fold them into the batter.

Make the Cream Filling:

In a separate bowl, combine the 2 egg yolks, vanilla sugar, lemon juice, condensed milk, and ricotta cheese. Whisk until smooth.

In another bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the ricotta mixture to create a light, creamy texture.

Assemble the Dessert:

Spoon the batter into individual serving cups or one large serving dish.

Pour the creamy ricotta filling over the batter and smooth the top.

Chill:

Place the dessert in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to set. The dessert will firm up slightly, making it easier to enjoy.

Garnish and Serve:

Once chilled, garnish the dessert with sliced banana and a sprinkle of cinnamon or cocoa powder.

Serve chilled for the best melt-in-your-mouth experience.
