Form the Patties:
Using your hands, take a portion of the mixture and form it into a patty about 2-3 inches in diameter. Repeat with the remaining mixture to form the rest of the patties. You should get about 8 patties, depending on the size.
Pan-Fry the Patties:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the patties in batches, being careful not to overcrowd the pan.
