Meat-Stuffed Puff Pastry with a Fresh Vegetable Side Salad: A Hearty, Flavorful Dish

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs. Add the ground meat, breadcrumbs, salt, paprika, black pepper, chopped parsley, and shredded mozzarella. Mix until everything is well combined.

Assemble the Puff Pastry:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheet into a rectangle. Cut it into two equal pieces, or make a large rectangle for one large stuffed pastry.

Stuff the Pastry:
Spoon the meat mixture into the center of each piece of puff pastry. Fold the pastry over the meat to create a pocket or roll it into a log shape, ensuring the filling is fully enclosed.

Bake the Pastry:
Place the stuffed puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the top with a little beaten egg to help it brown. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and crisp.

Prepare the Vegetable Side Salad:
While the puff pastry is baking, prepare the salad by tossing together mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and toss gently to combine.

Serve:
Once the meat-stuffed puff pastry is golden and cooked through, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing. Serve with the fresh vegetable side salad for a balanced and delicious meal.
