Market-Style Zucchini Sauté (Grandma’s Way!)


Prep the Veggies: Slice the zucchini into thin rounds and chop the tomatoes.

Sauté the Zucchini: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the zucchini and cook for about 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden and tender.

Add Tomatoes: Toss in the chopped tomatoes (and garlic if using), and stir well.

Simmer: Reduce heat and cook for another 5–7 minutes, letting the flavors blend and tomatoes soften.

Season: Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and herbs if desired. Serve warm.
