Make Your Own Dumpling Dough and Be Amazed by the Result!

Meat filling: Ground beef, onions, peppers, and spices to taste.

Chicken filling: Shredded chicken, onions, garlic, and fresh herbs.

Vegetarian filling: Spinach, ricotta, onions, and nutmeg.

Sweet filling: Dulce de leche, apple, or fruits.

How to Cook the Dumplings:
Baked: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the dumplings on a baking sheet and brush them with a little beaten egg for a golden color. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Fried: Heat enough oil in a deep pan to fry the dumplings. Fry the dumplings for 3-4 minutes on each side or until crispy and golden.

Storage Tips:
Uncooked dumplings: You can freeze them before cooking. Simply place them on a tray to freeze and then store them in a freezer bag. To cook, just fry or bake them without thawing.

Cooked dumplings: Store cooked dumplings in an airtight container in the refrigerator. You can reheat them in the microwave or in the oven to keep them crispy.

Variations:
Gluten-free dough: If you prefer a gluten-free option, you can use a gluten-free flour blend, such as rice flour or corn flour, to make the dough.

Herb-infused dough: Add dried herbs like oregano, thyme, or basil to the dough for extra flavor!
